His Majesty The King has granted a Solera to the more than 100,000 children of Bhutan, access to online resources where students can learn coding.

The Solera was presented to the Ministry of Education by His Majesty’s Secretariat in July 2021. Along with the presentation, a Memorandum of Understanding was also signed between MoE, the department of Information and Technology (DITT), and the Royal Society for STEM (RSSTEM).

CodeMonkey was jointly chosen over several leading platforms in consultation with the Ministry of Education and DITT for its ability to engage kids through simplified step-by-step tutorials and their extensive teacher resources. What's more, without any coding experience, every teacher is able to start and implement coding lessons in class.

Thank you, your Majesty for believing in us. ??
